KEN RIVER LODGE

Ken River Lodge, on the banks of Ken Rivr, offers an ideal mix of nature panna wildlife tours activities and relaxation that add up to a rejuvenating holiday.

Situated 27 km from Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh and 2 km from the Panna Wildlife National Park, Ken River Lodge offers a unique blend of traditional hospitality along with modern facilities.

The forest surrounding Ken River Lodge is dry and decidious, and is populated by Teak, Flame of the forest, Tendu, Indian Ebony and Mahua. This scenic countryside is home to numerous species of birds such as the spur fowl, Treepie, Paradise fly catcher, Babblers and Parakeet.

The Ken River with its fresh, clear water, flows through the ravines of the Vendhya range and sustains the varied wildlife of Panna National Park. Spread across 542 sq km, Panna National Park is home to rich variety of animal life which includes Tiger, Panther, Sloth Bear, Sambhar, Cheetal Bluebull, Chowsingha, Magar, Chinkara and the lesser mammals.

By Air : Indian Airlines and various ATOs connect New Delhi to Khajuraho

By Rail/Road (Recommended): Delhi to Jhansi by train. Onward to Khajuraho by taxi or deluxe coach. There is exclusive deluxe bus service from Jhansi Railway station to Khajuraho.
